BOB BENTLEY - IN PERSPECTIVE ARTWORK FROM 1962 TO 2020

It contains about 240 pages of artwork from 1962 until 2020, in full colour from high resolution scans and photographs. The text is written by the artist, charting the creative journey from his home town of Bideford in North Devon, to Brighton and then London. There are paintings, life drawings, etchings, lithographs and photographic collages. Many are inspired by myths, legends and countries Bob visited throughout a 50 year career in film and television. He won many awards, including a BAFTA. During the 2020 pandemic, Bob’s creativity flourished and the idea of this book was born - resulting in his first ever exhibition.
